Starmer is
a former teacher of behaviorally disordered students who
is currently a behavior consultant for the Omaha Public
Schools. She is in a doctoral program at the University
of Nebraska-Lincoln, and made
this presentation at the Midwest Symposium in Kansas
CIty, MO on February 25, 2005.
