Educational Failure: Who is to Blame?

In 1986, a unique experience was provided to the participants of the MSLBD when a courtroom drama was presented. In a hypothetical case, the parents of a student with behavioral disorders accused the Board of Education and the Special Education teachers of educational malpractice. This drama allowed audience members to discuss the facts of this case and to render a decision.
