Symposium for Leadership in Behavior Disorders
Purpose: To provide one-time stipend assistance to students
pursuing an undergraduate degree in behavior disorders or cross-categorical
certification with an emphasis in behavior disorders.
Criteria: Undergraduate Students (2 stipend awards at $1,000.00
per academic year)
1. Full-time student (12 or more credit hours per semester)*
2. Current copy of transcript with GPA of 3.0 or above
3. Statement of professional goals
4. 2 letters of recommendation (one from primary advisor)
5. Statement of personal and professional accomplishments or
vita
*Must be junior or senior status at time award is used.
Deadline for Application: July 1, 2004
Procedure: Final selection and approval of stipend recipients
will be made by the Stipend Committee of the Midwest Symposium
for Leadership in Behavior Disorders. Please send application

Awards will be disbursed for the 2004-2005 academic year. Stipend
recipients will be recognized at the 2005 MSLBD awards dinner,
